Refund policy

At Naked Vibrations, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have implemented a return and refund policy that balances hygiene, safety, and fairness.

1. All Sales Are Final

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes items that have been opened, used, or have had their hygiene seal broken.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following:

  • Order number

  • A clear photo/video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or offer a store credit/refund at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order or before the order has been processed/shipped—whichever comes first. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

5. Discreet Packaging & Billing

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. Charges on your statement will appear under a discreet name.
